Unfortunately we do not currently offer worldwide shipping for our snack pack boxes. We only ship within the United States at this time. Our snacks are lovingly packed fresh here in the US, so we need to ensure they are delivered promptly to maintain peak freshness and flavor. We apologize that we cannot send our snack packs worldwide right now.

However, we hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future as our business grows. Our goal is to share our delicious Arabic snacks and drinks with as many customers as possible. You have 24 hours from when you placed your order to cancel or make any changes. Since we try to start preparing and packing orders as soon as they are placed, we can only allow cancellations or modifications within that first 24 hour window.

To cancel your snack pack order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of ordering. You can reach us by email at support@bazaar-bites.com. We will need your order confirmation number, name, and email address associated with the order.

As long as it is within 24 hours of when you placed the order, we can fully cancel and refund the purchase. However, after the first 24 hours, snack pack orders cannot be cancelled since they will have already entered processing and fulfillment.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
